Ms. Pokrzywinski is responsible for the finance, accounting, tax and administrative functions of the firm. Ms. Pokrzywinski is a CPA and previously served as an Audit Manager for Ernst & Young, where she focused on technology and communications companies. She holds a degree in business administration from California Polytechnic State University. Ms. Pokrzywinski has served as interim controller for a number of Meritage FastStart companies.
