Tracy Kerr - Managing Director

Ms. Kerr has 16 years of experience in the investment industry, including nine years of direct investment experience with Meritage and eight years in sell-side investment banking with The Wallach Company. Ms. Kerr received an engineering degree from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from the University of Denver. Ms. Kerr is a board observer at Meritage portfolio companies NuVox, Diveo and IP Commerce, and has served as Chairman or President of the Rocky Mountain Venture Capital Association since 2005.
